Why should I choose FS Complete Cleaning over any other company?
FS Complete Cleaning is a well established company who directly employ our staff. We are fully insured and our staff are fully trained, uniformed and paid above the National Minimum Wage. We aim to make sure our staff are happy in their work making you happy to come home after we've been.
How do I speak to you? Get my questions answered in person?
We try to make ourselves available as much as possible whether that's in the office, by telephone or via email. Our office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. You can email us at any time of day or night and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, if there are any queries you may have, you can leave us a note in the communications book that we leave for you and use on every visit.
How do I know my home is secure?
FS Complete Cleaning staff have all their references thoroughly checked. They are interviewed and vetted before any work for us is undertaken. We carry out DBS checks on staff who may be working with children and vulnerable adults. We do not employ anyone we would not feel happy letting into our own homes.
Do you have insurance?

How much can I expect to pay?
As our customer, it is entirely up to you. All you have to do is think about how we can help you. What is it you need doing? How often do you need it doing? how long do you need us for? We will visit you and will help you decide what will best suit your situation.
Our minimum charges are:
- £36 for a 2 hour clean
- £125 for a 1 off visit
Will I have the same cleaners on each visit?
We understand that for you as the customer, it is easier if we send the same team every time we visit as it makes you more comfortable and it helps us if you have any problems. However, we hope you understand that occasionally this may be affected due to holidays and or sickness. If this happens we will always try to make sure that one member of your team is the same.
Will you use my cleaning materials?
The price you pay for our services includes the use of our own products and equipment so you don't have to worry about running out of your own products. We aim to use top quality cleaning products and equipment throughout your home to keep it as allergy free as possible. Our carpet cleaners are all HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtered to give the best to your family.
How do I pay you?
Here at FS Complete Cleaning we prefer to have payment upfront or on the day of our visit. We will accept cash, cheques or BACS (direct bank transfer). Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to accept payment via Credit or debit card.
How do I know my keys are secure?
FS Complete Cleaning assign your keys with a number as soon as we receive them. We use unique codes for your property which are kept in a secure file on the office computers. Your address and key number are never stored in the same place and are never written down together. We keep your keys locked away in a key safe and they are replaced after every use.
What if I need to cancel a clean?
At FS Complete Cleaning we require at least 7 days advanced notice of any cancellations due to us having to reorganise our schedule. If you need to cancel with less than 3 days notice then we will unfortunately have to make a charge to your account. Our charges are as follows:
- Less than 72 hours notice will be 50% of your usual fee
- Less than 24 hours notice will be 75% of your usual fee
- A fee of 100% will be made if, for any fault other than our own, we cannot gain access to your property on the arranged day.
